How does this program work?  Purchase a new Ryland Home through Crager-Bartels Real Estate, and Crager-Bartels Real Estate will donate $1,000 to Traders Point Christian School.  Ryland Home will then DOUBLE that donation for an additional $1,000 or a total of $2,000 donated.  On top of this, you also will be receiving up to $4,000 OFF the price of your new home!  This equates to 1% of purchase price.
