How do I become a vendor for Crager-Bartels Real Estate services

Vendors of Crager-Bartels family of companies enjoy a good relationship, prompt payments and long term loyalty from us when earned by you.
The Process:
I keep an ABC list of vendors.
All new vendors begin at level C and earn their way up to A.
For prospective vendors, such as you, the process is this.
- Offer duplicate quotes to our existing projects we have so that we may guage your pricing. Discount due to our size of inventory is encouraged.
- Perform work on one or more properties for us to review your timeliness, performance and invoicing process.
- Move from C level to B level you must show consistent high quality, high customer service & consistent billing practices.
- Vendors moving from B level to A Level happen over time, generally a 3 - 12 month process, and also when current A level vendors slip in value for any or all of the above three subjects.

Use the ticketing system below to make a request and/or make an appointment to speak to our current Vendor Manager. Also, if you have an introduction letter and/or marketing materials leave them at our main office and mark them for 'Review of Vendor Management'.
