Vendors of Crager-Bartels family of companies enjoy a good relationship, prompt payments and long term loyalty from us when earned by you.

The Process:
I keep an ABC list of vendors.
All new vendors begin at level C and earn their way up to A.

For prospective vendors, such as you, the process is this.
  1. Offer duplicate quotes to our existing projects we have so that we may guage your pricing.  Discount due to our size of inventory is encouraged.
  2. Perform work on one or more properties for us to review your timeliness, performance and invoicing process.
  3. Move from C level to B level you must show consistent high quality, high customer service & consistent billing practices.
  4. Vendors moving from B level to A Level happen over time, generally a 3 - 12 month process, and also when current A level vendors slip in value for any or all of the above three subjects.

Use the ticketing system below to make a request and/or make an appointment to speak to our current Vendor Manager.  Also, if you have an introduction letter and/or marketing materials leave them at our main office and mark them for 'Review of Vendor Management'.
