How does Crager-Bartels work with Realtors who have possible tenants?

It is very important to us to have Realtor Partners to rely on and work with.
As such we continue to refine and reengineer our processes.
I'm open to any suggestions you may have to increase Realtor participation.
We are breaking new ground in how our office works with our inventory and performing at a very large scale within the Indianapolis market. In just three years our service has propelled us from a nobody to the top of the property management A-list.
We already offer higher Realtor commissions for the rental homes we have listed & work with our clients to expand that amount even further where and when possible.
In today's market it is typical that we receive multiple applications where only 1 of 3 are approved. This is part of what sets us apart, our intensive screening process.
Now, just because an application has been submitted, the determining factors for awarding a home to an applicant is based upon which person/family is qualified, submits deposit & first month rent and is ready to move in the earliest & shows this by signing of a lease. Until then, nobody is approved and the home is up for grabs. Many applications get stalled due to insufficient information, lack of funds or change of heart.
So, until we have a signed lease and funds, your clients still have a legitimate claim to any home we have on the market.
