I found your property for rent and thought I might show it to my customers but before I do I would like to know the minimum requirements you and your seller are looking for in your tenants. I don’t want to get their hopes up or waste your time if you are looking loan qualified people—because if they were they would.

Answer:
Often, renters are not loan qualified.
We always give options to applicants & qualify on multiple points, not just credit score. If credit score is poor but their gross income is triple monthly rent & have good employment & landlord history then we most often qualify them as renters.
We also offer options of higher deposits & cosigners to offset bad credit when & where needed.
