Here is the process we follow for applications and approval.

1. Fill out application
2. Pay the application fee
3. We then submit your information to a tenant screening service who verifies employment, past rental history, and credit verifications.
4. We receive this back, typically within 5-8 business days, and make our decision based on the tenant screening company findings.
5. After you are approved, we require a deposit and lease signed to hold home for up to 2 weeks.  We will not take property off marketing until this is completed.
