With the quality properties we manage, this doesn't happen much, but there is still times good owners run into problems financially. 

You do indeed have rights!  And this is something that you will not have to worry about with the passage of this bill by the President.  Even if a home goes into foreclosure from an owner not paying the mortgage, you are protected for the entire lease term of your lease.
