I am needing to move from my current rental property that you manage.  When do I need to let you know of my intent to move out from my apartment or home?
Assuming your lease ends at the end of a month, we must receive your written notice to vacate no less then one month prior to the end of your  lease.  So, for example, sending notice on August 10th and your lease is up on August 30 will require you to pay an additional one month in rent.
