You HVAC, ie. heating and air conditioning system is one of the most valuable individual parts in your home.  Cared for properly your HVAC system will last 25-35 years.  Uncared for and they can burn up in just two years.

To protect your investment as well as stave off possible safety hazards from clogged systems, we require a quarterly check of your HVAC system.  A heating and airconditioning system relied on air passing through a hot/cold exchange.  When the filters get clogged the air flow slows and either freezes up the system(in the summer) or potentially burns up the system in the winter.

Our maintenance team will replace the furnace filters, verify furnace/clean/check/ac unit is in proper working order every 3 months.  If you have a washable filter, we will clean the filter instead of replacing it. 

The charge for this type of sevice is our time and the cost of the filter, both of which end up being about half what a HVAC company would charge for the same service.  If we do see a problem, we'll bring in one of our professional HVAC vendors at our discounted/wholesale pricing.

Our visit gives us an alterior benefit as well.  While at your rented home we will review the condition of the home and take notes of anything that seems out of place or uncared for.  If needed, our office then follows up with the tenant to make any requested changes.

Summary, spending a few dollars every three months saves thousands and minimizes chances a furnace/AC or its intenal parts burn up from lack of proper air flow.
