How often and when are profit/loss reports mailed to me?
You will receive a report at the beginning of the next month for the prior monthly cycle. For example, we send out ownership reports for November the first week of December that will show all transactions that have occurred in the prior month of November.
If your email address is on file, you'll receive these reports electronically as PDF files. If not, then expect to see them in your postal mail box.
Submit a ticket request asking for a copy of your report at any time and we will be happy to respond to your request.
