What Does Unallocated Prepay mean?
Good question and one we get asked a lot. Unallocated prepay means a tenant paid the rent in advance before we actually put the rent charge into the system. For example, if a tenant paid rent on the 25th of the month for the next months rent, it would show up as "unallocated prepay".
