When will I, the owner of the managed home, get paid?
We need to make sure that all rent payments are received and validated, which takes time. Banks don't go out of their way to move quickly.
For Example: If rent is due on the 1st and paid to us by the 1st, rent would then be paid to you in 10-12 business days, which would effectively be around the 15th to 18th of the month.
If, instead, the tenant's rent is received on the 5th of the month, it would take those additional 5 days for things to be processed and either deposited into your account or a check to be written and mailed.
