On average, it takes our company between 30 and 45 days to rent a property. There is many factors though that go into this, including the following:
- What time of year it is. September through January is the slowest times for rentals in Indiana, while Spring and Summer is the best time of year.
- The price point on your property. $3,000/month homes, on average, take longer to rent then a $1,200/month home
- Area of town your property is located in. We typically have the best and quickest results with homes outside the 465 loop, while homes more toward the inner city take longer to rent.
