Do you do all work required on our properties or can we get estimates elsewhere?
For anyone that has signed up with Crager-Bartels over the past 18 months(since early 2008), the answer is no. This allows us to effectivately manage your property and keep your costs low. Other companies charge $75-$100 fee for estimates if work is not completed by the company with their qualified contractors. We have had many issues where owners have went with their own desired contractors, but we end up with a property that has not been turned over properly. This then costs the owner and Crager-Bartels additional money so we can get property rent ready and up to our higher standards.
