Do you let me know when you make repairs on my property?
It depends. On all our property management agreements, there is a dollar amount(usually $500) that you and Crager-Bartels have agreed to have us repair without notifying you or letting you know it has been done in advance. This allows us to effectively manage your property as professionals, as you are putting your trust in our ability to manage your home. If the amount goes over the agreed upon amount(usually $500), we will then make contact with you and find out how you would like to proceed. Our goal is to make the management of your property as "hands off" as possible. This is what you are paying us to do :) The charge is taken out of the rents we collect each month and will show up on the next management statement you receive.
