FAQ

It is out intention to always keep you, the client, in the loop. Please understand though that with new relationships each of us has a 'getting to know each other' time period where we are learning how the other works. We have clients that understandably don't want to be involved or even know about any headaches or problems, that is the headaches they pass to us to worry about.

With regard to communication and call response timing, we work in a market with 30 day cycles, which is quite different than a demand for immediate service or product.  Because of this, our entire communication process is stretched to days, unlike a hospital environment which would mandate immediate response times.  In relative financial terms, I'm happy to say we also bill a much lesser amount of money than a hospital would.  We would be happy to give immediate consideration to all requests but doing so would demand a massive increase in cost to you as our client for the services we perform.

Our focus is on your property, first to protect it long term & second to make sure that it provides a return to you on your monetary investment, ie. income to you.  This focus on priority is the reason that we cannot sit by waiting on phone calls.  I'm sure that you would not wish us to simply sit on our hands when we could be maximizing the income and longevity of your home.

I always look forward to working with great clients and also caring for your home as if it were my own.

Sincerely,
Derek Crager
